Olive Wood Rosary – Rope

The word rosary comes from Latin and means a garland of roses, the rose being one of the flowers used to symbolize the Virgin Mary.

The rosary is a devotion in honor of the Virgin Mary. It consists of 5 sets of specific prayers. First, are the introductory prayers: one Apostles’ Creed, one Our Father (Lord’s Prayer), three Hail Mary’s one Glory Be.

This beautiful rosary is hand made out of genuine olive wood in Bethlehem the Holy Land, made by local Christian craftsmen and women working in small and home-based workshops across the region.
